  • Prices include VAT where applicable under Bulgarian and EU law.

  • Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees (where applicable) are not included in product prices and will be shown during checkout.

  • Prices may be updated at any time, but confirmed and paid orders will not be affected.

5. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s).

  • You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming that we have received your order. This does not constitute acceptance.

  • A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your product(s) and send you a shipping confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases such as unavailability, incorrect information, suspected fraud, or payment failure.

6. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, bank transfer (USD), and cash on delivery (where available).

  • Payments are processed in USD. If your bank account or card is in another currency, your bank may apply conversion fees.

  • All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Standard processing time: 2–4 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time within the European Union: 4–8 business days, and 7–10 business days for the United States.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control (force majeure).

8. Returns and Refunds

  • You may return eligible products within 14 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer rights legislation.

  • Refunds are issued in the original payment currency within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

9. Intellectual Property

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
